ITBI gathers CPU, memory, disk and network capacity and performance data via an agentless collector program using Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) and Secure Shell (SSH) connections. An advanced business intelligence tool allows customers to analyze data to reduce capacity related costs and improve performance and availability. The ITBI Capacity & Performance Data Lake allows customers to analyze their data using the tools of their choice, including SAS, WPS, SQL, Python, R, Julia or other programming languages. Machine learning and AI tools can also be applied to the ITBI Data Lake.
