Ted MacNeil

Ted MacNeil is a capacity/performance analyst with more than 25 years in the IBM mainframe environment. He also has been involved in acquisitions, configuration and disaster management. He has a strong storage management background, right from the inception of his career. He's done many technical evaluations, and has had to explain that technology to non-technical personnel. He has also (occasionally) written ISPF dialogues to support his own day-to-day functions. Ted can be reached at tedmacneil@alumni.uwaterloo.ca.
