2024 TechChannel Rising Stars Nominations Are Now Open
TechChannel Rising Stars recognizes those who have worked on IBM Z or Power Systems for 5 years or fewer but are already making a big impact
The nomination form for the 2024 TechChannel Rising Stars program is now open.
Rising Stars is TechChannel's annual initiative recognizing those who have worked in the IBM Z or Power Systems ecosystems for 5 years or fewer but are already making a significant impact on their organizations or the platform they work on.
TechChannel Rising Stars Highlights New Tech Talent
For the past three years, the TechChannel team has called on the IBM Z and Power Systems vendor, customer and user group communities to nominate their best and brightest new talent. Nominees are recognized for their hard work, innovative thinking and impact on the tech community, and many have gone on to become IBM Champions and mentors in their own organizations—like several of the 2023 TechChannel Rising Stars.
Laticia Carrow, a 2022 Rising Star, describes the program: “[Being nominated] means one has demonstrated a certain level of excellence in their field, all while learning and growing. This person is a true team player willing to do what is necessary and beyond to ensure the mission is satisfied for all parties involved.”
