February TechPulse Results: Database Management (IBM Power)

The results of February’s TechPulse are in.

This month, the micro-survey asked TechChannel readers about their database environments. The 73 responses for IBM Power reflected a landscape of partial cloud migration, a commitment to keeping database management systems (DBMS) current and a high interest in AI for databases. For the production of forms and labels, respondents favored IBM i and cloud-based systems as their primary data sources, which they most frequently access via direct application feeds or SQL queries.

As a thank you for taking the survey, respondents were entered into a drawing for a $100 Visa gift card. Congratulations to the luck winner Ella J.!

After digesting these results, stay tuned for the March TechPulse, which will cover cybersecurity.
